As she was in a care facility and I live 400 miles away, it was a challenge. It started out as a busted water pipe emergency. Subsequently, the house water, plumbing, gas and sewer/septic pipes have required replacement. I appreciated the personal care and assistance I received from Alvin with texts, pictures and phone calls. He performed in-depth analysis of the replacement costs for her home and made sure it was updated.
