"Able to squeeze me in, prompt, responsive, followed up the next day. Had issue w thermostat not kicking furnace on so I thought. Noticed furnace kick on/off randomly the last 2years. Woke up w/house temp lower than what thermostat was set for occasionally. Basement very cold, upstairs colder than you would think too. He discovered furnace was overheating and shutting on/off due to multiple closed off vents that he discovered. Very quick to diagnose/resolve. Noticed huge difference the next day throughout the house! Affordable as well. He knows his stuff; took time to explain what was going on , what he was thinking and what he was doing! Thanks Erik!"
