"Upon submitting my Angi request, someone from the company quickly called and set up a time for someone to come out and measure my space. Steve was thorough and answered all of my questions. Install was set for 4 days later. The installers were fast, efficient, thorough, polite, and clean. The install looks flawless. I have a bunch of stairs and was told by several people that stairs are difficult, but with Mr. Lee and his team, they made it look easy. Everything matches and lines up nicely. Only thing I will say is that I thought my flooring was going to be a tad lighter based on the sample. It was darker than I anticipated, but it still looks nice, so no complaints, just see if it’s possible to see your sample installed somewhere and in multiple lightings."
