Ernie reached out in a matter of minutes and scheduled an appointment the next day which happened to be a Sunday. He was prompt, seemed knowledgeable and honest. He immediately gained our trust. He identified a good replacement that met our needs and worked within our budget, The work was performed as promised. They ended up having to do additional work to fit the new unit and did not charge us extra. In my opinion, honesty and work ethic are very important attributes in any profession and. that's what differentiates people.
