He gave an excellent presentation about the work to be done (after getting on the roof and examining it as well as showing me a couple of issues). Having had my own roof done about a year prior, I was familiar with the roofing system he recommended. convinced that he was proposing the right work for a reasonable price, I cancelled the other roofers I had previously contacted. The job was started and completed within a week, just before a major rain storm. The timing couldn't have been better. The crew arrived on time, they were polite and their work was clean and efficient. They included a repair of a leaky skylight on the enclosed porch which, to date, appears to be completely dry.
