"New Leaf Construction, LLC, did an amazing job adding a family room to our unfinished basement. Josh and Shannon were respectful and friendly, punctual and timely, and (best of all) were within budget! The room was previously a DIY nightmare (previous homeowner), constructed of pallets and recycled construction materials. Josh and Shannon transformed the space into the most endearing part of the house. The recommendations of the floor type (tile, in the event of moisture), the color offsets (two-tones to make the room "pop"), the lighting (dimmable drop lights), and I can't forget the coup de grâce, the wrap-around, circular bar with the glass-block entrance. "I made my request for garage door repair online with Home Advisors. Within five minutes Jimmy of Master Garage Doors called me and showed up at my door thirty minutes later. He carefully looked over the garage door and it's behavior. He provided a detailed diagnosis and proposal of repair work. His proposal was reasonable and we went with it. Jimmy removed both torsion springs (one was broken) and took them away to have new replacements made to match. That afternoon two of his guys returned to install the new torsion springs, a new Center Support for the rod the springs mount on, fourteen new nylon door rollers, lubricate the track and rollers, slightly move one track to provide door clearance. They ran the door up and down numerous times to confirm proper operation. All worked great! I was very satisfied. Thank you Jimmy and your two guys."
