"When Ken (KLH Contracting) first arrived for an estimate (free) on a kitchen faucet and attic ladder install he was clear and professional explaining how he would approach the work,hourly charge and scheduling. Ken was very accommodating in meeting our time frame as we had to order the parts and wait for delivery. Once the products arrived at our house Ken arrived promptly, work was done professionally and quickly and job site was clean before they left including removing the old parts from the house. The final price was very reasonable. I would definitely consider using KLH again for future work and give them a strong recommendation!"

"My husband and I live in Ann Arbor and hired Todd at All American Home Builders to complete and addition on our bungalow attic. He helped us get the permits from the city, was on time with starting our project, and was at our home almost everyday (weather permitting) working on our project with his partner Scott. We were happy that they focused on one project at time, so we were consistently seeing progress. Todd offered great suggestions throughout the process after being in the space and seeing our architect's drawings. Some that we took and some we didn't, but was always respectful on our decision and not pushy. We had a serious timeline with a baby due and he finished right on our due date! It was amazing to see it come together so effortlessly by them. The project came in right at the cost with no surprises. The only additional costs were items that we added.
