"movers were very nice, worked really hard. the company waved the trip charge because I wasn't aware of certain charges. they called of the day before and asked if I could change my window for the move 9 to 11 to 11 to 4. unfortunately they didn't show up until almost 4 which made my move at night and really later than I wanted to do it. they did give me a $50 discount for changing the window."

"I needed help moving some heavy furniture from my old place to my new apartment in Downtown LA. Marcos, Marvin and Tony were the movers assigned to my job, and they were amazing. My antique dining table and huge sectional sofa were a challenge, but they handled them like pros. They made sure everything was wrapped and secured, and they carefully navigated the stairs and tight spaces. The entire move was smooth, and nothing got damaged. "I have never used professional movers before so I was highly apprehensive about hiring movers. After an exhausting search I stumbled across on Best Quality Movers. I called up and spoke to Ben who answered several questions I had. After researching them online and speaking to them on the phone I had a really good feeling about this crew so I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. Also these guys were very well reviewed so i decided to give them a chance. On the moving day guys were incredibly careful with everything they touched. All furniture was carefully wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap in a super careful manner.I could not have been happier with the job these guys did. Nothing was damaged which was not a shock since these guys were super careful.You can really tell they actually care about doing a good job.When they were all done the bill ended up being even less than what some of the moving companies quoting me, the rate was incredibly reasonable especially given the quality of the work this crew did.
