Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbits equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again ."

"Preferred water is fantastic; Mr. Brice explained everything about my new system step by step. I was able to watch him build the water softener in the driveway, as he added the ingredients he explained what it was and how it worked in the system. Mr. Brice took out everything when he started the work in the basement. It was a bare wall except for the feed from the well. He installed all new parts, plumbing, water pressure tank, which I needed, and the system with a UV light. I also purchased the reverse osmosis system for the kitchen, so now I do not have to buy bottled water. My water is 100 percent better then what it was before the installation. I would recommend Preferred water to anyone looking to replace their water system. We tried others with no results. Mr. Brice's system works for us."

"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people.
