Called Mad River and they were able to come out the same afternoon, diagnose the problem and replace the well pump and water tank. They were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. They did the repairs needed while being courteous, leaving the area clean and took away the failed parts. They were flexible with payment options and just gave all around wonderful service with my repair. Really terrific company, I highly recommend them if you have issues with your well system."

He explained the process, working with an engineer, local health department, etc. As I got through these other hurdles John kept it touch with me, the engineer and the health department, everyone I spoke to in the septic industry spoke highly of John and his crew. When it came time to quote the job out his quote was very straightforward and actually a little less than the others. Of course being winter the install had to be arranged around the weather. Once there was a good window in the weather his crew cranked things out in three days, getting rid of some monster stumps, grading a little access road around the area and seeding the area. Highly recommend John Bensavage for any septic work he is knowledgeable and his work is top notch."
