"I came to the link to share it with a friend who is looking for a contractor because I wanted to recommend her to Joseph and Sons and realized I have not written my review yet. I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :) I met with Angelo in the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including the deck. I will make it efficient for you guys; 1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond 2. They cleaned up after themselves every time 3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks. 4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best. 5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible. 6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused. 7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out, so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co. 7. I hired him for a few other things at home. 8. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

"We hired A1 for two jobs. The first one was to repair a fireplace chimney. We had water coming down the chimney into the fireplace. They had to remove and replace top 10 tiers of brick, concrete, recap and paint the exterior. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and did a very good job. Clean worksite and easy to work with. It's been a few months and still no leaks. Just recently we had some roof damage in a totally unrelated area, opposite side of the roof and called Tony once again. Water was pouring into. our attic. In the middle of a storm Tony came, got up on a ladder to out two story roof and tarped it to prevent further water damage. He then came back and took care of all the repairs after the storm was over. He is a hard worker with great work ethic. Does the job properly and knows his stuff. We would hire him again and recommend ."
