"Its funny because I truly appreciate when people take the time to do reviews; it really helps my decision making. However, I hardly ever do it. In this case, after working with Joe, I was left without a choice. He is by far the best person for the job! His work is precise, customer service is AMAZING, and his knowledge is un-describable. Originally, I called and left a brief message about what I needed. He called back within an hour or so, and already knew all the details about the swing set I had, addressed me by name, and so polite! Of course, I was in the middle of contacting a handful of places to get different quotes, but even after all of that he was for sure my pick. I contacted him about a week later to get a date scheduled (expecting to re-explain who I was and what I needed.) But he was on top of it - he remembered who I was, what swing set I had, advised me of how many boxes it should be, gave me helpful suggestions, it was great! I havent had customer service that good in a long time! It made me feel so at ease about the decision I made to hire him. A couple of days before our appointment he contacted me to make final plans, and it was GREAT! I have a full time job, and he was coming on a Tuesday, so I was worried I would have to be there, but it was fine. He had no problem with me not being there, and just wanted to make sure he would have access to the swing set. He asked that if I had dogs, I was welcome to let them be in the backyard with him as long as he could set-up first. He didnt ask for access to the house, he was totally prepared. Also, I asked that he give me a heads up when he thought he would be close to finishing, so I could leave work to come pay him. Of course, he was right on time and finished around the time he thought he would, and gave me plenty of notice. The best part was he showed more concern for my schedule than he did his own. He was sure to tell me not to rush, and that he understands if I need to get my kiddo first, because that is more important. Really?!?! He drove from the San Antonio area to my house in Cedar Park, and at the time rush hour traffic is about to start, he is more worried about my schedule? That is OUTSTANDING customer service! There is so much I could tell you but it would take much more letters than this site allows for reviews. There was not one thing that he could have done differently to have done a better job. The swing set looked amazing; he had helpful bullet points about the maintenance and up-keep of the set. He was just great! Oh yes, and out of all the quotes I got he was the only one that was NOT local to my area, yet his quote was the lowest. If you are on the fence about who to hire, I can tell you without a doubt, Joe Finn is the BEST guy for the job. Honestly! I hope this helps you."
