"Project was started with Smith & Son's Security, What a joke, Crappy customer service, wanted to charge me for ALL new parts for a working system, (because they couldn't get it working!) Charged me drive time and $$$ by the 1/4 hour!!! A$$holes........ I wish I had started with Premier Security, They replaced (at no charge) the new (broken) board that Smith & Son's charged me >$300 to replace. Premier Security was quick and polite, knew their stuff, and was finished in under 1 hour! NO CHARGE for their time! I did sign a 3 year monitoring contract, but it was less than S&S wanted per month. Less than $1 per day. Very happy customer. Thanks"
