"Our tension spring had snapped and our opener was over 23 years old. Sent for a quote at 8am and got a call within about a minute. Tech came out within a few hours (Frank). He was super friendly, professional and very fast... everything done within a few hours. He installed a new opener, new keypad, springs and trained us on how everything worked.
