He wanted to come out that morning, which he did, to give me a bid. Hired him on the spot. A project that had stretched into a month was accomplished by Omar and Cristobol in 5 days (mud has to dry, ya know). OUTSTANDING work and best of all, Omar was there when he said he would be.
