He was extremely thorough, courteous, very punctual, very detailed and meticulous and was extremely conscientious of taking care of our home. He completed everything he indicated he would do and did it with excellence. He left our home cleaner than when he arrived and his team were extremely pleasant to have working on the job. Craig also did extra work and the outcome was fabulous. I plan on using Craig and his team from now on for any work I need performed that I elect not to do myself. I am also recommending Craig and his team to my fellow neighbors and plan on putting his name on our Home Owners association list of valued vendors. His approach was extremely customer-focused and I'm very happy with the speed and quality of his work."

"We first hired Ruben to complete a tile job in a shower that had material damage to the existing floor tiles. Ruben to great care to protect the surrounding areas and ensure the quality of the work was the highest possible. He was meticulous to ensure everything was properly sealed and restored. He communicated at every phase of the project so we could work together when he ran into anything unexpected or for us to review progress. It has been a few months since the project was completed and it looks well and we know the quality of his work is better than the original because everything drains well and dries quickly. Based on this experience, we did decide to hire Ruben for another home project and will surely do so again in the future. He even rebuilt the corner bench, which was a change from the original project plan once we discovered it was not stable due to poor workmanship and materials used during the original build."
