"My name is John McGrath and Iâ ve had a leaky kitchen sink because it was not installed correctly and since itâ s a under mounted sink after contacting various local plumbers - I received no help - So I called and E mailed Granite companies. Out of one dozen Calls and E mails Only one answered within 24 hours (several had their website annotated that they would call back in 24 hours - no one did!) and this company did not advertise the 24 Hour call back.  This company Works hard, is very Professional AND they know how to fix problems because they have seen It before - years of experience! I recommend â Hands On Graniteâ wholeheartedly!  After living in Raleigh for 8 years, I have had the experience from many other companies not showing up on time, no backup call, constant excuses, broken communications and basically unprofessional work with delays! This is the second time in my years here (I have had 12 companies actually accomplish work on my house) that I have the opportunity to recommend a NC Company!Â"

He went way beyond the call of duty helping me decided on a new sink and installing it. Our countertops look brand new which was a decision I hesitated on investing in versus replacing them. His work is excellent and his standard is of perfection. I cannot say enough about our experience. His was professional, honest and dependable. You will not be disappointed in hiring him.
