"The owner does all the work himself, clearly a class act. We have been very unhappy with our other carpet cleaning service, so we chose to try someone new. The owner, Eric, quoted the job the day we called and did the work a day later. Our old service just steam cleaned the carpet in about 90 minutes total where as ReR shampooed the carpets first then steam cleaned to remove the soap and dirt. Eric worked all of 5 hours making our carpet look new again!! He even left us a high powered blower to help dry out the house as the humidity had to be one of the highest we have seen this summer. I would highly recommend Redwood Empire Restoration to anyone!"

"Valeria was super prompt in replying to all of my text messages. She quickly scheduled an appointment for a thorough post-construction cleanup, and showed up with a team of three people and they then gave the house a very meticulous cleaning. The floor, the cabinets (inside, out, and on top), all appliances, window frames, bathrooms, walls, ceiling, ... she thought of everything. Easy to communicate, great work, and a fair price. What's not to love. We'll hire Valeria and her team for regular maintenance cleaning from now on."
