"Owner was extremely easy to work with. Honest, upfront and got the job done. I felt like the price for the brick + mortar / silicon crack work was really fair considering the other folks who quoted us. I want to mention other companies who quoted us try to up-sell us on scaping instead of just doing what we wanted which was some in-depth mortar repair. Also, we had other companies tell us they could only patch the mortar up which would have left things looking odd. Point is, Total Masonry and Waterproofing actually offered to grind out the existing mortar across the entire porch and steps + completely re-mortar everything so things looked good across the board. This is a 30-year-old home so there was a lot to be done. They knocked it very quickly and efficiently. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up / siliconing some cracks on the cement slab on our front porch - these were created during some recent polyfil we had installed. Good group - efficient group who completed the work - really nice guys! Would definitely recommend."
