"I was considering painting my stucco after a severe hail storm. My research led me to believe "you should never paint stucco" because cement stucco is meant to "breath", like after rain, you see it dry out. I got 4 estimates for the repair of the cement stucco and putting a new coat of synthetic stucco. The estimates ranged from 48K, 43K, 28K and the lowest bid of approximately 20K.
