"In a major ice storm in Charlottesville, we contacted Angi for snow/ice removal for my friend’s 92 year old mom. Percell got back to me immediately. He was there the next day and gave a fair estimate to remove 8 inches of ice from the city sidewalk, the driveway and 2 sidewalks. Most of the shoveling work was by hand, due to the layout. He was there at 10:40 and done by 2:30. Unfortunately he had to deal with an irate cursing neighbor who called the police for ‘blocking his car’. The policeman said it was all fine and legal.
