"Johan not only painted the inside of the entire house. He was patient with the color choices and was able to work with us to get the right shade of grey we needed. This involved some trial and error in our color chooses. Once we found the right color, the entire house looked amazing after the paint job was done. In addition, we also needed to remove the popcorn ceiling in all the main rooms and entrance ways. Johan was able to do that amd then apply the white paint on the ceiling. Many people who had come to house and saw the before and after were very impressed with the job. Lastly, he was a very decent person to have work on the house because he was friendly and very easy to discuss ideas by him , having just moved into our house. We will be working with Johan as we continue remodeling the kitchen and baths in the future."

"We contracted Scott to re-sod our front yard and for some stone work along our sidewalk and driveway. He listened to our questions and patiently explained the steps in the process and said the work could be finished in one to two days. This was important to us as we have noted a number of re-sod jobs in our neighborhood that have taken weeks and more to finish. Although we weren't really in a position to assess his cost estimate, it seemed reasonable and we accepted the bid. We looked at only one additional contractor and he was not much different in price from Scott. Including himself, Scott showed up as scheduled with a hard working crew of 5 and really got with the job. It was done as contracted and they did finish in less than two days. We like the looks of the new sod and stone work, and look forward to the Spring greening and establishment of our new front lawn. We can certainly recommend Scott's Manicured Lawns and will use them again as needed"
