They came by hours within our call, fixed the garage door (quite expensive exercise) and then gave us a five-year guarantee that it would not happen again, or they would repair it for free. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!"

"I contacted another garage door company and they did give me a quick estimate which was super high. Thank God my neighbor had recommended Pro-Lift. Neighbor had a new garage doors installed only but I wanted also new mechanism. Mike, an employee, came over and said I would have the quote within one day. Next day, I received the quote which was very It was a very fair quote and I hired them right away. Within one week, I had my new doors installed with new mechanism while the other garage company said they would "order" the same type of door and it would take more than 3 weeks to arrive. They also hauled away the old garage door. Great price ! Great work !"
