He sent over an itemized estimate and stayed on budget, no surprises, and delivered within 6 weeks timeline as promised. This was the best experience I ve had with a contractor yet. His workers were courteous and detailed and delivered a great end product. We are looking to hire him for some work at our home."

He kept things within our budget, the work was neat and professional, and the huge project was completed in a reasonable time frame (it was even finished a few weeks earlier than we had anticipated). My husband and I didnâ t live in our home during this massive remodel but we would come to the house several times a week to check out the work that was being done (it was easier to move in with the in-laws so that we would be out of the way of the work crew). Every time we came to the house, we noticed new work that was done, which means there were workers in our house almost every day. Itâ s hard to find a contractor that actually keeps things moving on your project when they have other projects happening at the same time, but Bob King was able to do this for us. "Walker Construction just completed a project for me and I am through the moon happy. Jason is a very talented craftsman; his welding skills are top notch. He is meticulous and detailed oriented. Mr. Walker built me a metal suspended exterior staircase attached to my 2nd story deck that landed on a cement pad by the door to our garage. I was also impressed by how much time he took to make sure the stairs which were fabricated off site would install perfectly onto the existing building. This is a very tricky thing. Considering the stairs floated out from the wall and attached to a slightly out of level deck and landed on a sloped concrete pad?it was going to take someone like Jason to get it right.
