"This company Guice Services is AWESOME!!! The price that was quoted over the phone was the same after the job was completed and they responded swiftly. The employee (Mike) that accommodated me took the time to explain how he was going to resolve the problem. He unclogged a run off drain outside my home that had been clogged for some time. It rained the entire time and he never stop working. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, professional and persistent with getting the job done. He really impressed me with his endurance because the process was very difficult and he was determined to complete the job. This employee educated me and my son on how to prevent this problem from happening again and we really appreciate him for his expertise. Mike is really a hard worker with excellent customer service skills. As a customer we need more employees like him who take pride in their work. Because of you we will continue to do business with this company in the future when needed. We will highly recommend our family, friends and even strangers to this company.
