The small creek turned into a pond and ran over the gravel drive. Was hard to find the culvert opening, but Juan kept at it until it was clear. Will definitely use his company again. "Very professional and all-around decent guy. We started with Jospeh measuring, asking specifically what I wanted to be done to the 1/3 acre lawn area. He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%.
