"Found my hot water tank leaking steadily at 8:30 am the Friday before xmas. Talked to several other companies that could have someone come out on Monday (for a fee) to take a look at it. Called Renewal at 9:10 am. Matt called me back at 9:15 and said he would come by after his next appointment and take a look. He was there by 10:30. He quoted a very reasonable price to purchase and install a new tank THAT DAY. (Note that my home requires a PowerVent water tank; more expensive and a little more difficult to install.) By 2:30pm He had the entire job finished and at the price quoted! Matt was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use him for my future planned projects and am recommending him to friends and family."
