"Russel Favorite met with me to survey seven dead standing oak trees to be removed. They chipped all but as requested left a small chip pile for my neighbor to use for a community walking path. Though I didnâ t request stump grinding, they cut stumps almost to ground level. Nice results. All work done while I was out-of-state. We communicated by text and photos of completed work. Bonus service included removal of discarded building material accumulated before scheduled date for tree removal. Customer service is excellent. Russel is now my go to FAVORITE tree service guy."

"Peter Branch did amazing work from first phone call to final clean up!! His company responded right away, scheduled the estimate and arrived as promised. He gave me a fair price, sent me his insurance information and came to do the tree removal and pruning of another tree on time. I had questions between the estimate and actual work day and he responded faster than I expected given I sent the message on a weekend. He works safely, not only for himself and crew but for my home and property. He will be returning in November to do a full pruning when it will be safer for the health of my tree because he is knowledgable and did not want to risk damage to my beautiful pear tree. That means a lot since I know nothing about trees. He and his crew were friendly, hard working and took great pride in what they do. The upper part of the tree hadn’t been trimmed in years and it’s branches were getting too close to the house.
