"Hunter is professional yet very personable. They fixed what needed to be fixed and more. Their work is perfect (in my eyes!) and they kept me informed of what they were doing and thinking. I threw a curveball at them at the end of the first workday - hired to fix drywall and I asked if they could paint the livingroom, they took it in stride and they did an awesome job!"

"Diego gave helpful advice on a whole house painting(including tin roof and decking). He and his crew spent significant time pressure washing and preparing all surfaces for paint and stain. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. It was fun to see the progress and we feel like we have a new home and deck and are thrilled with it. It was a pleasure to work with Diego and his crew."

"We hired Luisa and her crew to paint the exterior of our 5,000 square foot 25-year-old house. Their work was meticulous, and the transformation as been amazing. It looks like a new house! Luisa maintained communication with us throughout the entire project, and her crew did not leave until we were 100% satisfied with every little detail. This was a huge project, but they surpassed our expectations. We would recommend them without hesitation."

"CRAWLSPACE ENCAPSULATION and MOLD REMOVAL I am the original owner of this 21 year old house and have actively taken of care of my home. Then one day, I noticed the mold! UGH!! I tried all types of solutions recommended from friends and the internet but the MOLD kept growing! I turned to YouTube and found CrawlSpace Ninja! And I took notes! Then, I went and got three quotes for the job. N&Y Pro Services, Nathaly & Yovani specifically, allowed me to have more control of the project by defining which tasks I wanted done and supplying all the materials. They provided suggestions and comments that really resonated my thoughts and concerns. As an example, Yovani said the bulk of the time will be removing the mold. And when you look at all of the joists with the cross wood support, metal brackets, insulation, wires, pipes, and such, the job looks daunting! But that's not all, the mix of chemicals, dust, mold and fiberglass installation requires special respiratory protection and clothing for the job. N&Y spent a bulk of the project time removing the mold and the pictures below prove it. It is impossible to remove 100%, but I think, N&Y got 97% of it!! I am thrilled with all of their efforts and focus on that part of the job! There are some things that we discussed we would not do with this encapsulation. We did not seal around the vent coverings, because of NC rules and recommendations. N&Y suggested not to put in a dehumidifier at this time. Instead, we have a large running fan that we can control remotely. The humidity in the crawl space dropped from 90% to 70%. This probably is due to the cold temperature drop between October and November. But with humidity monitor, insulated covered vents, and the vapor barrier, N&Y and I will assess next summer to see if the crawl space needs to be tweaked. By N&Y Pro Services were flexible and allowed me to supply the materials that I wanted. I wanted the 10 mil white vapor barrier (floor), and 4 inch waterproof pro seam white tape from CrawlSpaceRepair.com website. The rest of the materials came from Home Depot and Lowes Home Improvement. The installation of lights is another major item of the job. N&Y ran the lights thru the entire outer perimeter of the crawlspace making the monthly inspection for critters and invaders simple and fast! I wish I could show the before and after pics to show what a great job that they did."
