I had to shut off all the water to the house until it was fixed, so I really appreciate his promptness. Also, after he left the water wasn't coming out of our faucet normally. I guess the faucet got something stuck in it from shutting the water off and then on. I contacted Tyler, and he came back within a half hour and took care of it for us. What great service.
