We needed a special renovation loan and he worked with the mortgage company and their team to cross all the Tâ  s and dot Iâ  s. He was always available for questions and really worked with us to bring our vision to reality. Even when we didnâ  t know what direction to go or what was needed he had plenty of guidance and was able to give suggestions to make the process and decision making easier. The house went from an unlivable disaster of a wreck but Matt helped us and saw its potential and made it a beautiful home for our family. Overall, he and his team were very professional, super patient, extremely knowledgeable and just awesome to work with."

He took his time to diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave, and kept me informed through out the process. He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job."
