He took his time to diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave, and kept me informed through out the process. He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job."
