"The technician kept me in the loop about his arrival time, and showed up on time. He took his time to diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave, and kept me informed through out the process. He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job."
