He put in extra effort and showed genuine care in trying to resolve the issue. After identifying that additional parts were needed, he returned on Friday to complete the repair. However, even after replacing the parts, the same problem persisted. Despite this, his persistence and dedication to finding the root cause of the issue paid off, and he was ultimately able to fix the problem. I have dealt with multiple technicians in the past, but Edgardo truly stood out. It was evident that he has a deep passion for his work. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were remarkable.
