"Gerard was a pleasure to deal with. He was always very responsive, professional, honest and easy to communicate with. I not only had him replace fascia on my screen porch, but he also replaced the porch's ceiling, laid my wood floor,painted the entire house, installed additional gutters and installed new lighting fixtures. Everything was planned out beforehand and I was always kept in the loop as far as his progress. He also offered valuable suggestions in solving some of the issues I had in the renovations. He knows his craft extremely well and is very proud of the quality of his work. I couldn't be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again."
