"Michael was very prompt and professional when he picked up my 5 x 9 carpet to be cleaned at another site. I told him to deliver the cleaned carpet to my daughter's apartment upstairs. I was not there when carpet arrived and my daughter and son-in-law said Michael was very pleasant and moved dining table and chairs and laid the carpet. They are very pleased to have my beautiful, clean rug. Thank you Michael"

"OMG I also contracted to have my kitchen floor grout cleaned (sealed ceramic tile). I had used a shine renew product on it which looked funny over time, completely removed with some kind of professional steam floor cleaner. Oh My Goodness! IT CAME OUT LOOKING LIKE A NEW FLOOR, snow white grout lines where previously they were black (ick). Highly recommend for anyone who is wondering how in the heck to get this clean once again. I now have new floors!"
