"In order to install a dishwasher, we had to dismantle the engineered hardwood floor. Ed responded within 15 minutes, was out the next day, Tuesday, with the bid and took out the floor. The next day the dishwasher was installed and Ed was back Thursday at 8 AM. You cannot tell the floor was touched! Ed is skilled, professional, with fair pricing."

We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
