The condo rules are strict so Elvis had to work fast and not lose any days. He executed flawlessly. He is very flexible , frequently updates client and does amazing job. He has insurance and very well familiar with projects in condos and city in general. I would love to do another project with him and recommend him to run full renovation projects because he can do everything and has multiple professionals working for him."
