When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew. "Plastering to windows and walls nearby was done beautifully on damaged areas from cracked caulking on exterior windows that faced the wind of a high hill. After caulking was done earlier, I went to the internet and found this website for home improvement companies and received a call from the company within a day's time. I then sent photos of the plaster damage and received a PDF of the company's price and description. I hired them immediately and they scheduled my plastering within 5 days! Although the temps were extremely cold, and the repair was in every room I have for my living quarters, it was well worth the scheduling than wait for warmer weather, or do the job in 3 parts, as there were 3 windows, one in each room. The job will be completed in 3 days (have 2 days completed) so I am looking forward to having the areas painted after the plaster dries - the areas look great already and have a final step to undergo, so I am well satisfied that Home Advisor has good people and that Mr. Handyman is my new contractor as I am buying another home (condo this time) that I will be responsible for the repairs to the interior. Thank you for being there when I needed you - I am selling this house to move to the condo too so time is of the essence in locating skilled artists in the many trades that keep a house beautiful!"
