Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. I recommend this company for any garage door service that one may need. I have referred Innovative to several of my neighbors that have need work on their garage doors. All have been very satisfied. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
