They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. "I initially used this company to replacement a roof on my 2400 sq ft house and jack up/pour new footings for a large 3 season porch. The owner Horaccio was amazing. Fair pricing and excellent work. I was so impressed I later had his crew return to install replacement windows on my first floor and do vinyl siding throughout the exterior. During that process we determined one of my chimneys was failing and he was able to complete the demolition of it.
