"They were great to work with and very reasonable. Even with this being almost 2020, I feel women are still taken advantage of in the business world but not with Michael and Resilient. I got prices from 2 other companies and Michael s was definitely the best and he did exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend this company."

"Jermaine was the first to respond when I sought a pro on HomeAdvisor, coming out about an hour after I posted. Their reviews were most all great and when I met him I was impressed. He offered the service I needed at a fair price. On the agreed upon day he was prompt and stayed on point to completion. (after rinsing, he power dried and blew away the few leaves that had drifted into my yard.) My home looks almost like it was just painted! He was attentive to detail and did exactly as he promised. Would recommend highly and plan on using again when needed."

"T&C is the most professional, hardest working company I've seen. T&C will give a fair price no matter what the job is. T&C is a very customer oriented company that wants to do things right the first time. they will listen to the customer and go out of their way to give you exactly what you want professionally and quickly. The best company If worked with."

"Ellie came when scheduled for estimate and beat a competitor by $250. She and her dad responded to my many follow up questions cheerfully within a reasonable time while I was pondering my choice. I was even given a discount for scheduling the next week early (another $50 to total $300 off from the competitor.). Bryan and Darrell arrived as scheduled and worked very diligently, extremely knowledgeable about their project. I watched for most of the project and was amazed at the rapid progress. They were friendly, again answering my questions as they progressed. Bryan even cleaned out an 8-10' existing gutter section over my covered deck at no extra charge when the project was completed. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Good people!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
