"Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."

"We had a problem with the repair of decades- old Pella windows. The company would only sell us new windows. Besides the huge expense, there was a lead time of months. We are in the process of putting our condo on the market and could not wait. I called everyone I could find and no one would take on the project. I put a search on Angiâ s list. Victor appeared out of nowhere. He knew exactly what needed to be done, ordered the parts and within two weeks, he finished the job. We could not be more pleased. He was as professional as any contractor weâ ve ever dealt with in four decades. His team was very professional. He did exactly what he promised, on time and at a very fair price. The company was phenomenal! Our by-laws specify only Pella windows. We are recommending Vistor to all of the other unit owners. Tim Green, Wellesley."

"Camila is an exceptional housekeeper! She is incredibly trustworthy, punctual, and a pleasure to be around. Her work is top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help maintain my home. Even though I've moved to a new state, we still keep in touch, which speaks to the genuine connection she forms with her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and wonderful housekeeper."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
