Lou searched all over to match my shingles, he insisted that he find the exact match and drove into Boston to find them which was way out of his way. Lou also came over at the end to inspect himself and make sure I was satisfied w the work!. I highly recommend Loy and his team for any home improvement projects you may have!!"

"Our job was primarily exterior painting, including two large porches and a balcony, and some exterior carpentry. JR and the paint crew were very pleasant to work with. Initial estimating was very accurate and prompt. They did make some suggestions based on what they found, as the job progressed, those proposed changes and the reasons for them were communicated very well. As a result the our house looks so much better ( e.g. painting exterior doors and replacing balcony rails). The actual paint crew was very detail oriented and often worked late into the early evening to ensure timely completion of the overall project. In addition they were safety oriented always securing their equipment and ladders for the night. I was very pleased with the final result, including end of the job walkthrough with JR, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. "Dan S. and Don N. both did an amazing job. They initially came late, but called to let me know that they schedule had changed, which is appreciated. They were going to replace both the furnace and the AC. They managed to get the furnace into working condition on the first day, which I needed because I had had no heat for the last couple of days. They finished complete installation in a few days. They left the area they worked in clean. They walked me through everything they were doing and why they had made certain choices. Very professional job. Will definitely use them again and recommend them."
