"Our repair person Ron was timely and diagnosed our problem quickly. Parts needed to be ordered and came in a couple days later. He kept us informed the whole time regarding status. Even though we unplugged the refrigerator the night before the ice maker was frozen. Ron had to manually defrost the ice maker in order to install the parts needed. Ron was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him. On our next appliance repair he will be the one we will call."
