I had a bizarre plumbing issue that involved removing a solar hot water tank from our roof and re-routing the pipes to the thankless hot water heater in the basement, and more. I called several plumbers, who didn't even want to look at the mess. Sev and Harry came right over, analyzed the situation, spoke with the manufacturers directly to make sure they had the right information, proposed a way to fix it, and at a fair price. They went above and beyond to work with our schedule and make sure that we were taken care of at every step of the way. I will certainly be calling on them again."

"Andreh completed the job in 1 1/2 hours, more quickly than he had estimated (and his time estimate, 2 hours, was at least half of the next lowest, 4-6 hours). He installed the replacement parts my husband and I had purchased, and brought the part we had forgotten about. He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it. He is a pleasant person, clean and neat in appearance. We look forward to using his services again."
