It has been replaced but we need the drywall on the ceiling in several areas replaced, then coated with the popcorn ceiling again (we will tackle the popcorn issue later). There are 3 areas downstairs and one upstairs. One downstairs has an old 80’s single light fixture in the center. The other areas don’t.
