"Undertaking a significant project for the first time in my 27 years of owning my home, I decided to add a covered front porch and redo the front yard to accommodate drought-tolerant landscaping. The expansive project included demolition, masonry, retaining walls, concrete walkways, electrical, structure, and roofing, the relocation of my main water line, and fencing.
