Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

This was what made DanDale different from everyone else. Jordan the owner took the time and introduced himself, his company, his employees that work for him and what to expect. He described the products he offers, showed us pictures of his work and a sample of the fence. Pricing is very competitive with other companies. He truly does take care of his customers. "The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"

Although not a large undertaking, Mr. Betz worked me into his schedule, performed the job great, was on time, was clean and made it clear that if anything was not done to my satisfaction, he would return to correct.
