"This team was clean - re-walked the area 3 times upon completion. Returned after the dumpster was removed and re-walked the yard one last time to ensure proper clean up and hazards were removed. Adam and Paige were easy to contact and the follow up and communication were as expected, even with the inclement weather - they communicated the timing expectations and were able to work around another contractor with ease and patience. "EXceptionally exceptional !! Set up an appt for the next week online around 530 am- got a call from Robert ( owner) asking if he could come out that day!! He called at 730 am- which is GREAT !! Set up a time - he called and said he was running late - got there 10 minutes after the appt time. GREAT again ! Talked a bit - he went up on the roof - found some problems - said he could fix it that day ! GREAT ! Then he suggested doing the whole roof instead of just the area leaking- so he did a maintenance on the $ unit apt bldg. Polite, knowldgable - both he and his employee. "Harold arrived on time with his helper. He did the work promptly. He explained the type of roof I would be getting. (Black bottom layer that is heated up and top layer is affixed the heated layer. Although not Part of the quote, Harold did a small joint repair on a small roof on other side of house, but did not charge me extra. Their work was very cautiously / safely completed so as not to worry about them falling and injuring themselves on my property while they did the job."

"My roof was in desperate need of replacement. After extensive homework and quotes on contractors for best quality, best cost, type of materials used in addition to experience/ability this criteria was met by Warren Vail of lifetime roofing/Vail construction. On the agreed upon start date they showed up on that morning and by end of day his crew had stripped the entire roof, hauled the scrap away and installed the new roof. He even addressed the issues with my soffit and fascia and made the necessary repairs and replacement of fascia. He and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of my property throughout the job. The next day 2 neighbors complimented that the guys that did the roof attacked the job hard, were busy all day and that the roof looked fantastic, to which I agree. In addition, several days after the job Warren was considerate and professional to contact me to follow up that I was satisfied with the entire job. Therefore I highly recommend this company.
