And he explained why it cracked in the first place, and what he would do to alleviate the problem. He also took on the excruciating job of removing all the grout at baseboards (which had incorrectly been grouted, and ended up breaking up over the years) and replaced with caulking, the proper material to use against wood and walls. Very meticulous -- cleaned up everything. Not cheap, but worth it to have the job done correctly."
