He did a lot of little things for us that wasn't in his original appraisal ,but because he is a perfectionist her insisted on doing what was best for us. He's extremely neat and cleans everything. I have plans for him to return to do more work in our home. His honesty and integrity is something that one should not take lightly. We were very pleased with the job he did."
